Spearpoint Services is a consulting company owned and operated by its principal, Mark Biederbeck. The mission is simple: turn problems into profits. This is done by helping companies solve problems (and take advantage of opportunities) with processes involving labor, materials, equipment and information flow. Primary customers are small to medium-sized businesses in manufacturing or service industries but can be applied to those in construction, health care, distribution and many others.
