TECHLED is a new name, for a long standing professional network of Technology Leaders. The community previously adopted different names for different locations, including SITMan (the Sydney IT Management Network); MITMan; BITMan; PITMan and ACT ICT. These networks have been running since 2009, with regular events providing members with a social way to learn about new technology, develop technology related leadership skills, and to meet fellow technology leaders. Membership to the community is free, however restricted to people who lead technology projects or teams.
