True North Associates (TNA) is an investment firm that aims to contribute to the development of private sector in Nepal. We invest in growth stage companies with sector disruptive business models. In addition to risk capital, we bring experience based advisory and support to our portfolio companies. Whilst we are sector agnostic, we have an affinity for tech-enabled businesses. TNA has positioned itself as the only domestic permanent capital vehicle with PE/VC investment philosophy and the flexibility to uniquely structure each deal according to time horizon and exit options that match the business we invest in. As an extension of the investment activity, TNA established Enterprise - Nepal Business Accelerator Program, a mentorship based accelerator program for growth stage Nepali companies. 70+ companies have benefited from this program with more than 20 companies receiving investments from Nepal and abroad. The program is now run in Nepal and Myanmar by One To Watch, a TNA portfolio company.
