This means we never bill you based on how long something takes—only the value we deliver.   Our services are simple: ◆ Advice – not everyone is a technologist, so we take the jargon out to help you solve business challenges with technology that works. ◆ Empower – the people who know your business already work for you, we give them the tools and knowledge to help solve your business problems without needing expensive consultants. ◆ Support – technology is only useful when it is working, we help your team get operational again…fast.   How we deliver these services (and what is included) is just as simple: We provide our services on a fixed monthly fee based on the level of service you need and the number of people in your organisation. Our focus is on your Microsoft Office 365 environment and services that connect to it. There are limits to what we can do, but if it connects to Office 365, we can help or guide your team to deliver the outcomes your business needs.   We still deliver once-off projects to solve specific problems: Whilst we prefer long-term partnerships with our clients, we do deliver once-off projects. These are typically more intensive and time-sensitive activities so incur more premium pricing than our standard services.
