Stroudco Food Hub is a non-profit organisation based out of Stroud, Gloucestershire (UK). Supporting local economy, connecting on-the-doorstep suppliers and farmers to their customers, promoting eco alternatives and working with other likeminded organisations. Stroudco's online shopfront (in partnership with The Open Food Network) offers delivery (or collection) of ethical, local, seasonal, and sustainable groceries which can be ordered during weekly order cycles. Over 90% of Stroudco's suppliers are from within 15 miles of Stroud. Stock is decided on the principle of Four Key Values: 1. Choose Local First 2. Support Caring Husbandry 3. Keep Our Footprint Tiny 4. Connect The Local Food Economy Aside from The Open Food Network Stroudco is also in partnership with Hawkwood, The Long Table, Stroud District Food Bank, Stroud District Action on Plastic, Transitions Stroud, Stroud Town Council & Painswick Pharmacy. Stroudco is also a part of the Trinity Rooms Community Hub. A volunteer run collaboration of several local organisations aiming to create a community space for activities which benefit the environment alongside local health & wellbeing.
