We specialise in implementing risk management, regulatory reporting, business intelligence and core banking solutions for banks and investment firms. We are currently assisting clients in reviewing liquidity risk management framework, building management information packs and implementing regulatory reporting software. We provide a range of services including project management, business analysis, testing, reconciliation, automation, and defining risk and management metrics. Since our beginning in 2008, we have assisted our clients in implementing Lombard Risk's Reporter suite, Wolters Kluwer's OneSumX/rFrame solution, Oracle's FLEXCUBE core-banking system, and SAP Business Objects (BO) based universes and reports. In addition to this, we have developed bespoke solutions and have delivered business plans, management/board information packs, operational reports, regulatory reports, stress testing models/tools, and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment (ILAA) and Recovery and Resolution Plan (RRP) documents.
