Established in 2002 by our MD Joe Tierney, Velcol Ltd is a Birmingham based family owned and run groundworks contractor operating throughout the midland’s region and sometimes further afield. The company has grown over recent years to a position where we now turn over circa £7m per annum and are a leading name in groundworks in the Birmingham area. We operate in both commercial and residential groundworks and provide a labour, plant and materials service. Our projects range in value from £5,000.00 to £3,000,000.00 and cover a wide range of services from site clearance and enabling works, all substructure works, drainage, RC Structures, 278 Works and external finishes. We work generally for construction companies however we do work directly for end users also. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and a job well done and a large amount of our work is from repeat business. As a mark of competence Velcol Ltd are accredited to CHAS and Constructionline the approved bodies for our industry and all our operatives holds an appropriate CSCS / CPCS card.
