Our Extreme Leadership course focuses on heart-based Leadership and is based on Steve Farber's great work and his inspirational books. Other courses focus on how to motivate and how to inspire others. ------ We see a distinct separation between Leadership and Management: A manager knows the mechanics, a Leader sees the bigger picture. Being a manger does NOT automatically mean someone is also a leader and being a leader does not require a management role or title. A janitor can be a better leader than a CEO of a company and we all know one or more managers that are just not very good at "rallying the troops".
