eSpares
www.espares.co.ukSince launching in 2003, at eSpares we have grown into the UK’s leading spare parts retailer, selling spare parts, accessories and consumables for household and garden appliances, direct to the public. Through our experience we have identified three key types of consumers when it comes to appliance maintenance: 1) Those who tolerate 2) Those who fix 3) Those who replace Our aim is to interact and engage with each of these consumer types to help them improve the longevity of their appliances and minimise the unforeseen costs and disruption that the breakdown of an appliance can cause. We also help consumers reduce their impact on the environment. Repairing rather than replacing appliances has a hugely positive environmental impact and educating consumers on the best ways to use and maintain their appliances ensures maximum energy efficiency and money saving. To achieve our aims, we have over half a million spare parts and accessories, spanning more than 500 brands – and we’re continuously expanding our product catalogue to enable our consumers to find what they need. At eSpares, we set ourselves apart from our competitors by providing more than an e-commerce experience. We also provide comprehensive information, via our advice centre, YouTube channel and blogs, on how to diagnose an appliance fault. This enables our customers to fix it themselves and save money. We're extremely proud to be an official sponsor of The Restart Project. Their mission, like ours, is to keep appliances working so we love the work they do. By campaigning for legislation changes and making repairs knowledge more easily available through their Restart Parties, The Restart Project are doing great work to empower appliance owners. Join us in the fight to cut down on electronic waste!
