The Hospitality Asset Managers Association (“HAMA”) is the pre-eminent organization of professionals responsible for proactively increasing asset values on behalf of hotel owners worldwide. Our mission is the enhancement of hospitality asset managers through education, advancement of the profession, and serving as the collective industry voice of hospitality ownership. HAMA MEA is the associations’ Middle East & Africa chapter of professional individuals who are dedicated to the enhancement of real estate hospitality asset values. Our business is to provide regular forums and industry communications to fulfill the purpose of the organization. HAMA MEA promotes ethical standards of conduct and mutual respect among members and the hospitality industry. Our membership roster includes representation from Sovereign Wealth funds, family offices, individual owners, REITS and fund advisors—all dedicated to the real estate hospitality industry. HAMA MEA is incorporated within the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as a non-profit organization with a strong focus on propagating the values of the members within the real estate hospitality & tourism ecosystem in the region & the sub-continent of Middle East & Africa.
