Driven by a mutual passion for automobiles and a zeal to learn led to the inception of CRCE Formula Racing; formerly known as Team Pravega; in the year 2012. The team comprises of over thirty inter disciplinary students; who design, conceptualize, fabricate, test and race a single seater formula style race car that participate in competitions hosted by FSAE The team made its international debut in 2014 at the Formula Student Japan (FSJ) and continue to FSI Coimbature 2015 and Surpa 2017 held at the Buddh International Circuit, Delhi. The team looks forward to participate in the upcoming Formula Bharat 2021 held at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbature. CRCE Formula Racing provides an unrivalled learning experience, that allows engineers to integrate classroom concepts with a practical application, and compels students to overcome intellectual and collaborative challenges. The final race-car is a testament to the team’s incredible work ethic and dedication.
