Rainplan’s mission is to increase private property participation in regulated stormwater drainage and urban greening by connecting all sides of the market through a single platform. We have done this first by building a proprietary database of public and private incentives, rebates, and other programs that encourage more participation in regulated stormwater BMP installation. By building a first of its kind incentive platform, Rainplan is the de facto marketplace for managing both the discovery of incentives and managing the workflows associated with these projects. We operate nationally with a focus on the DC and California markets, using technology and over 50 years of combined experience to solve the toughest stormwater management challenges.
