Susan Gillespie Amendola (C-IAYT & E-RYT 500) founded YOGA NOW (formerly Omaha Yoga & Bodywork Center) in 1983, pioneering the first yoga center in Omaha. The center moved to its current location in 1988, creating a tranquil foundation in the heart of historic downtown Benson. Yoga Now enjoys a reputation as one of the wisest, most deeply established yoga centers in the Midwest. Led by Susi’s deep understanding of the Himalayan Tradition, Yoga Now is a premiere training facility for Yoga Alliance 200 & 300 hour Yoga Certification.
