The goal of the Blockchain Arbitration Forum is to spread awareness for dispute resolution procedures in the IT community, without having a national focus. In order to reach that, the Blockchain Arbitration Forum has created two working groups which work on different topics in that context: Dispute Resolution Working Group The Dispute Resolution Working Group analyzes and assess different approaches to settle disputes in the context of IT. The focus of the group is to understand how to connect technical and legal know-how in dispute resolution procedures. Software Working Group The Software Working Group works on different ideas on how to use software in dispute resolution procedures. For example, the group is currently working on a dispute resolution platform which will soon be shared with the public. Everybody who wishes to take part in the discussion of those groups is highly welcome to join our forum!
