AD:Arch is passionate about our city. We specialize in designed interventions for the city. We are inspired by urban areas that are often mischaracterized as "blighted" and recognize the substantial potential embedded in the deep structure of the city. The city is designed to foster the dignity of the individual and a dynamic community. We are committed to reinforcing and furthering these precepts in all our work. Our passion for urban spaces, buildings, and infrastructure affords us the opportunity to work on several different project types. We have experience in adaptive re-use, remodel, renovation, and additions. Project types include offices, restaurants, retail, residential, laboratory, hydroponic facilities, and aquaponic facilities. We also have a significant focus on sustainability. Sustainability is a corollary to our passion for urban spaces. The urban footprint is compact and interconnectivity is highly efficient. The energy inherent in buildings and infrastructure should be preserved and maintained. We have also designed new projects to meet various LEED standards and worked toward achieving Living Building Challenge certification for another. Sustainable practice is a responsible way forward for the built environment.
