Glasgow North West Citizens Advice Bureau (GNWCAB) Service offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information. We have a drop-in service at Maryhill Bureau, 2nd Floor, 1455 Maryhill Road. We also have an extensive outreach service with sessions across North West Glasgow including at Possilpark Library. We are one of the country’s most progressive and dynamic advice services, we employ approximately 19 staff supported by 45 volunteers. Our approach is client centred and focused on a commitment to quality and diversity. Aims & Principles of Citizens Advice Bureau The Citizens Advice Bureau service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
