Co-Founded by Mr. Qian Wang & invested by Warburg Pincus in 2015 that focus on real estate investment and asset management for income-producing properties. Nova has grown rapidly and merged with Shanghai-based Yicheng Property Investment, founded by Jerry Shen, in 2016. In early Nov 2017, Nova has been the official partner with BMW group to develop and operate the Mini Cooper's brand first living project -- Mini Living in China. In mid Nov, Nova also annonced to form a strategy partnership with the Beijing based Nubis Innovation Co Ltd to form a joint venture to operate and manage the future cooperation and landing. By end of 2017, Nova currently has AUM (asset under management) of nearly RMB billion (approximately $908 million) with 36 projects in operation and under development in Shanghai & Beijing which spans rental apartments under the “base” brands (such as mid-high end “base living” and mid-end “base co-living”) as well as creative co-working and shared office space.
