Contrast Equipment is an industrial paint finishing and fluid handling equipment distributor and system integrator based in Kansas City. The company was founded in 1923 and provides products and equipment, in-house paint system design, and full service integrated systems to industrial clients. Product lines include Nordson, Graco, Finishing Brands, Exel-Kremlin and Kayco Spray Booth systems. In 2014, Contrast was acquired by Midway Industrial Supply, a leading distributor and systems integrator based in Minnesota, making the combined firm one of the largest of its kind in the Midwest.
