Palmetto Pregnancy Center offers medical and other pregnancy-related services free of charge. We are a faith based 501(c)3 non-profit pregnancy medical center. We strive to meet the needs of our patient's mind, body and spirit. Before you make any decisions, we want to empower you by giving you all the facts about your options. Our Patient Advocates and Registered Nurses are ready to talk to you about your choices: parenting, adoption, and abortion. Once you have made your decision, we will continue to support you with what ever resources you need. Call us to schedule an appointment for your free and confidential pregnancy testing. For those who qualify, we offer free limited obstetrical ultrasound. Our nurses can check that the baby is in your uterus, measure the heartbeat, and determine how far along you are.
