Alpha Governance Partners was founded by Dr. Eelco Fiole (sole managing partner), Mads Jensen and Dr. Bob Swarup in 2015 to provide high-end fiduciary governance services to the global investment community including fintech, Dr. Giuseppe Ballocchi joined shortly after, giving us a total of four partners. Running a conflict-free business model and governed by the industry-leading CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct, all partners have fiduciary C-level experience across cycles working with complex investment strategies. They hold strongest academic credentials and currently deliver the partnership to institutional investors, investment managers and fintech firms in 12 jurisdictions globally covering USD 15 billion in a broad range of asset classes, strategies and on- and off-shore structures.
