Webstac, incorporated in 2009, is a company founded by Mr. Vijay Bukkawar. He is a rank holder Electrical Graduate of 1968 from Visvesarayya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur. He retired as a Joint Director, from Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Government of Maharashtra in 2003. Post retirement he is working as a Director, Safety, Health, Environment and Responsible Care® for Indian Chemical Council (ICC), formerly known as Indian Chemical Manufacturers Association (ICMA), a premier association of chemical industries, in the country. It has a presence across India. He is also working as retained consultant for Safety and Responsible Care® for many corporate. Webstac team comprises of full and part time professionals, with hands on experience of minimum 15 years, in the fields of Safety, Environment or Occupational Health. Some have spent entire career in the enforcement of Safety & Environment related statutes. The name Webstac is derived from the phrase Web based statutory compliance.
