Hearts Connected mission is to meet the unique needs of children, teens, and families facing difficult situations and stressful life transitions. Through our innovative, yet proven therapeutic play and interventions, our team is a secure and supportive partner for coping with and healing from, the unexpected and unpredictable challenges life presents to us all. Offering phone consultations for parents and caregivers, as well as virtual sessions for children throughout the United States, we bring child life services beyond the traditional hospital setting. Supporting organizations who provide care to adults to are parents and grandparents; providing support to assist with difficult conversations and explanations throughout transition periods, allowing children to cope through their feelings in a developmentally-appropriate manner.
