www.lsmfez.co.zmThe Lusaka South Multi Facility Economic Zone (LSMFEZ) was declared as a Multi-Facility Economic Zone (MFEZ) on 28th June 2010 under Statutory Instrument No. 47 of 2010 by the Government of the Republic of Zambia. LSMFEZ is being managed by the Lusaka South Multi Facility Economic Zone (LSMFEZ) Limited, a company which was incorporated on 25th June, 2012 as a Special Purpose Vehicle by the Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Ministry of Finance to manage, operate and develop the Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone The LS MFEZ is located on Plot 10723, Chifwema Road, Off Leopards Hill Road, Lusaka South. The designated area of LS MFEZ is 2100 hectares of land in a rectangular configuration measuring seven (7) kilometers by three (3) kilometers. The area adjacent to the southern part of the Zone is the Lusaka Game Park which is managed by the Zambia Wildlife Authority (ZAWA). The LS MFEZ is approximately ten (10) kilometers from the Lusaka City Center and twenty one (21) kilometers from Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. An alternative road to the site is the Lusaka Inner Ring Road through built up residential areas of Kamwala, Chilenje South and Chalala which is under construction.
