Deep in digital medical images is data that can’t be seen with the human eye. DeepLook uses shape-recognition software to extract and assemble that data, revealing “radiomic” features that uniquely reflect tissue morphology. The result is our first product: DL Precise, software that can instantly delineate segmentation margins and measure the size of any object – all with a single click. Automating this manual process removes tedium and variability from current radiology workflow. We recently received FDA clearance for DL Precise; it’s a simple plug-in and works with any workstation on any type of radiographic image. DL Precise saves time and improves accuracy, but that’s only the beginning. Future DeepLook products will use the same shape-recognition software to reveal radiomic features that aid in detection, diagnosis and the monitoring/treatment of solid mass tumors.
