Blooming Health
www.bloominghealth.netCity girl turned country, I started barrel racing at the age of 30. I was on a crash course of learning how to ride. I was also training a very patient 4-year old gelding, affectionately named Brewster, by attending many clinics and getting help from friends on learning how to care for a performance horse. I started barrel racing competitively in many associations including the NBHA, URA, IPRA, and MBRA. I quickly learned that massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture were all valid modalities to help keep equine athletes in optimal condition. Fast forward 10 years. I made a move to northern Minnesota and was without any access to the above services. I decided to get my certification in Equine Sports Massage Therapy from Equissage (2003), which taught me a lot. In 2014, I had a new horse who was anxious. I started investigating essential oils. I came across information on how essential oils could help performance horses on an emotional and physical level differently than the other modalities and I continued researching their benefits. The changes I witnessed were astounding! I could not keep this information for me only. My passion is to help animals and people experience optimal health. This drives me. I also love to teach. I have provided a case study for you to learn more about the benefits of essential oils and how they can be one modality you can choose to use in the care of your animals. I would love to share additional information and other studies with you. I want to be a resource for you and your animals. Please contact me to learn more about my journey and what an incredible impact it has made for me and my animals. Please visit my Facebook page, Blooming Health, for updates and testimonials. Here’s to spOILing your animals!
