The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Transport. It provides air navigation services in the Singapore Flight Information Region. It represents the government of Singapore in the negotiation of air services agreements as well as advises on matters related to civil aviation. The organisation regulates and spearheads the development of civil aviation and plays a key role in making Singapore a global air hub.
