The Big Bend Continuum of Care is a membership planning and oversight body for the eight-county region of the Big Bend of Florida. The eight counties are Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla. The purpose of the CoC is to develop and implement strategies to help end homelessness in the Big Bend. The CoC coordinates the community’s policies, strategies, and activities toward ending homelessness.
