Authoritative legal input is always central to management decision-making and without it your business will be exposed to commercial risk but Prima Facie provides that service in a flexible cost-efficient way. (2) For general counsel in larger organisations the Prima Facie service is a flexible alternative to the use of external lawyers, allowing you to maintain control and oversight (and crucially control your costs). In these circumstances we work as part of your team. Additionally Prima Facie can be commissioned to undertake specific projects and report on particular problems or concerns, so that you are always in control of the situation and on the front foot with your management. (3) For construction clients we are developing methods of getting ahead of your problems, "pre-trouble shooting”, by spotting them well in advance of your site team. This project turnaround service is being developed mainly for employers and finance providers.
