I am a barrister and solicitor practicing law in British Columbia. As of 2016, my law practice is focused on settling separation and divorce legal and financial matters by written agreement. The processes I am trained to use are mediation and collaborative divorce process. The majority of my clients hire me because I am a Collaborative Family Lawyer and they want to use the Collaborative Family Law Process to negotiate a settlement of the children, support and property issues. Alternatively, some of my clients hire me to provide legal advise during their mediation of their separation agreement or to act as their Accredited Family Law Mediator to mediate and draft the separation agreement.
