We're a community-led organisation on a mission to drive positive change and growth for LGBTQ+ people and other under-represented groups of professionals around the world - across industries, cultures and societies. Our global collective of 250+ intersectional Queer Leaders consult with 100+ businesses providing bespoke DEI solutions and services, connecting individuals with tools, knowledge and a support network for personal growth, leadership development, allyship and self-care. Through consultancy we design shared learning experiences, produce DEI community-based insights and craft bespoke content that supports individuals with strengthening their roles as leaders, change-agents and allies within their communities and organisations. As a community-interest social-enterprise (CIC), profits made from the work we do with corporations go back into the communities that we serve; providing free networking events, well-being solutions, resources and support.
