The Concordia Student Union’s mission is to defend student rights and to act as the highest student representative body, so two things are essential: that we are beholden to students (our membership) and that our funds are used responsibly to represent students, and in the interest of students’ rights! The CSU is uniquely positioned to bring a great deal of benefits to students both locally at Concordia and externally on the municipal, provincial and federal levels, but it is up to every member of the CSU to ensure that our student organization has a healthy and productive culture. Each year, the Concordia Student Union works alongside student group's on campus who are fighting for a more sustainable and equitable future! In addition to this, various projects are launched each year with the intent of improving our university, creating new services, and enhancing the student experience.
