PARTICEPS provides management strategy, training and coaching, process improvement and workplace therapy. Our strength is the combination of competences: people management, management techniques, knowledge of the process and high-tech industries, in particular in the R&D, engineering and operations domains. PARTICEPS strives for simultaneous improvement of the financial, social and environmental bottom line. This is in line with our values, and it also an economic necessity, since results in the three domains are strongly interlinked. In particular social and environmental gains are essential to generate sustainably economic profit. Social gains are composed of collective and individual well being, amongst others by satisfaction from relationships and work. In personalized management coaching we lift resistances to change, and work on ineffective or dysfunctional behaviour by providing insight in mental and emotional mechanisms, analysing and questioning beliefs, and providing emotional and behavioural support. The Latin word PARTICEPS name stands for Participant, or Partner. PARTICEPS’s philosophy is one of working with clients and partners and making them autonomous in sustaining their improvements. We strive for transparent relationships, mutual trust, and a participative approach targeting the client’s autonomy.
