We, the SHIKHAR DHAWAN FOUNDATION registered under The Indian Trust Act, 1882, are a young nonprofit organization with the vision to sow the seeds of prosperity and happiness across the globe through collaborative efforts. Our aim and ambition are to serve people, reduce inequalities and empower marginalized groups through effective facilitation of community-based services. Our passion is to create a deeper and more sustainable impact in people’s lives. We act as an enabler by building the capacities of the NGOs and civil society organizations. We adopt and incubate eleven NGOs working for different causes for a period of twelve months, throughout which we provide them with guidance and support in various aspects such as scalability, organizational structure, technology, sustainability and branding amongst others. Our programs aim to nurture and transform these organizations so that they can create concrete changes in society.
