The Swedish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (SVCA) is the industry association for the private equity industry in Sweden. • Acting as the advocate for the industry in the media as well as with politicians and decision-makers. • Pursuing the formation of fact-based opinions to create a fair representation of the industry. • Creating meeting places for participants in the industry by arranging meetings as well as informal networking gatherings. • Promoting professional growth for participants in the industry by arranging training sessions and seminars. • Promoting the judicious work of the industry with regard to ethics, transparency and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). • Monitoring changes in regulations and tax legislation as well as promoting a favourable environment for the industry.
