Our mission is to support people with disabilities to live and work in the community as valued and included citizens. Community Enterprises of St. Clair County envisions a community that values and respects all people. Community Enterprises of St. Clair County was formed in October of 2011 by The Arc of St. Clair County as a new private, non-profit organization to assume responsibility for and operation of programs that serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These programs are designed to help individuals in their quest to live, work, and be included with others in all aspects and places of community life. Community Enterprises of St. Clair County has four business units, which specializes in the employment of persons with disabilities, an offers valuable services to our community. These include Secure Document Destruction, Electronics Recycling, WoodWorks, and PlasticWorks.
