Fiona has a Degree in Education and is a Ballymaloe trained Chef, has featured on TV and in print media with her nutritious, quick and easy recipes. Monthly 1-hour Cookery Demonstrations are presented in the workplace, no kitchen needed and usually over lunchtime. There is a different theme each month and attendees get to taste, smell and see min 3 dishes made during that time. They walk away with recipes, a goody bag and lots of tips to action at home.
