Onsite Response is a team of trainers dedicated to teaching life-saving skills to the Immediate Responder, anyone who is On-Site when life-threatening injuries occur. Whether through acts of violence or accidents in and around your home or workplace, these basic skills may help you to save a life before first responders are able to arrive. With Onsite Response you will receive hands-on practical training to ensure that you not only understand which actions to take and when, but how to perform each core competency. There are never more than 5 students per instructor. Building on basic bleeding control skills, learn: - Reactions to a Threat: Run, Hide, Fight - Threat Awareness: Scene & Personal Safety - What to expect from Law Enforcement During a Threat - Three Phases of Care - Additional Medical Interventions For Tactical Responders: Security, Law Enforcement, Executive Protection, we teach fundamental, life-saving medical interventions for yourself and your partners in a hostile environment. Building on basic bleeding control skills, learn: - Three Phases of Care - Medical Priorities: Timely, Reasonable, and Appropriate Actions for the Situation - Additional Medical Skills: Airway, Breathing and Chest Injuries, Hypothermia and Shock - Communications During and Incident and When Transferring Care Classes are lead by an instructor with 40+ years of pre-hospital trauma care experience.
