Potential in Me (PiM) is a social enterprise Community Interest Company that supports children and young people to realise, connect with and fulfil the amazing potential they have within them. We do this through life coaching, workshops, training and youth-led programmes. We also support adults who work with, live with or care for young people, helping them to develop a more profound understanding of young people and enhance the conversations and relationships with them. We draw on lessons from neuroscience and character strengths in our work. In terms of our delivery we adopt a brain-based and coaching approaches to enhance your learning.
