Shakla & Tariya is the first program of its kind designed for training the art of negotiation as a dedicated profession. Graduates of the program achieve the level of Negotiation Specialist and can work as Chief Negotiation Officers or Heads of Negotiation Departments in their respective companies and organizations. Graduates are also trained to advise and assist other negotiation teams in their efforts. Shakla & Tariya was founded in 2011 by Michael Tsur, a negotiation and crisis management specialist. For over 25 years, Michael has worked closely with companies and organizations worldwide providing negotiation services as well as lecturing and conducting professional seminars on the art of negotiation. Shakla & Tariya is where high-level professional negotiation training is taking place and where negotiation specialists come to hone their skills.
