Founded in 1992, the Belgian Investor Relations Association (BelIR, formerly BIRA) concluded in 2000 a Cooperation Agreement with the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB). BelIR’s mission comprises : 1/ The promotion of the investor relations as a discipline as well as its best practices in compliance with the statutes and regulations applicable to this domain; 2/ The promotion of its Members’ professional development; 3/ To be a forum of exchanges and reflections for the issuers and the investor community in general; 4/ To ensure a representation at the national, European and international levels.
