Three Balance 3B’s mission is to help organizations and their people improve their work/life balance. 3B has developed and implemented a broad variety of health activities such as nutrition education and counselling, anthropometric evaluations, office exercising, yoga and stretching, anti-stress and posture workshops. Additionally, 3B is focused on the research of body mass composition in elite athletes and high-performance sportspeople, gathering data useful both for competitive as well as recreational levels.
