Transition Success, LLC is owned by Joan M. Azarva, Ms.ED, who has over 3 decades of experience working with students with disabilities. From 1993 - 2006, Joan served as the Learning Specialist at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, PA, where her ideas on how this cohort can succeed were formulated. Joan also runs the Conquer College with LD website that provides valuable information to parents whose teens are considering college. She offers an email list on the site if you wish to receive several emails/week that ease the considerable stress of high school to college transition for students with disabilities. In addition, Joan provides individualized consulting to parents all over the country, teaching them the essential ingredients to college success for their teens.
