This 'boutique' training organisation was established in 1974 in San Francisco, CA by dr. Chérie Carter-Scott, Ph.D. Together with her sister Lynn U. Stewart, the organisation has conducted programmes with Fortune 500 companies all over the world throughout the last 30 years. Today MMS headquarters are based in The US and The Netherlands.
