Our focus is on commercial consumer and B2B research and our clients tend to be global or local leaders within their markets and research literate. We have built up a high level of expertise in key sectors such as telecommunications, FMCG, retail and financial services. The projects and problems we work on are diverse and include: NPD (from ideation to launch), brand planning and communications development. Roadmap's philosophy and practice is focussed on delivering excellence across all facets of the research lifecycle, from brief to debrief and beyond. We believe that every research problem is unique and therefore a bespoke solution is required. While our toolkit of research methodologies and techniques is extensive, we are always on the look-out for new and better ways of answering our client’s objectives and adding value. That said, we aren’t slaves to fads and fashion. If we recommend an approach it’s because we’ve thought about the objectives long and hard and decided on a course that is in the best interest of our client. Beyond the day to day practice of research, we also believe that the relationships we have with our clients are fundamental to producing ‘great work’. In line with this we strive to develop rich and enduring relationships with our clients, characterised by open and frank communication, transparency and trust.
