MindBody Dojo™ is an education provider utilising embodied learning and coaching based on Aikido, Yoga and MindBody healthcare. We offer speaking, workshops and coaching using martial arts principles. Why martial arts? Because they evolved to deal with the most stressful situations imaginable. We believe they can now be adapted for optimum human performance - in fact for driving creativity, wellbeing, and peace. Using well-tested principles and exercises, some of which have been practised for centuries in martial arts and yoga, we help people move from stressing to coping to thriving, from fear and freezing to embracing challenge. What makes our methodology unique is the embodied learning which combines mind and body in safe physical exercises and experiences. The training is largely based on aikido - a Japanese martial art - but does not require any physical skills or fitness.
