Our Mission: The mission of The No Woman, No Girl Initiative is to share hope, essentials and education with women and girls specifically in Wake County, NC by: a) Ensuring that women and girls experiencing crisis or transition gain access to everyday essentials for 90 days. b) Removing barriers to low self-esteem, poor feminine hygiene and overall sustainability through educational materials. c) Collaborating with agency partners that serve women and girls to ensure a continuum of care and strengthen overall means of support. d) Increasing community consciousness by participating in opportunities to further educate others about the lack of access and affordability to everyday essentials for women and girls. e) Facilitating educational programming with agency partners to increase awareness around feminine hygiene and hope.
