South West Project Management are based in Warminster in the heart of South West England, between Bath & Salisbury. Tim Goodman, Managing Direction, has over 25 years’ experience of delivering a diverse portfolio of complex construction & refurbishment projects across the built environment both in the UK and internationally. Bringing this expertise to the South West, he is focussed on supporting his clients to deliver their projects across the region. Experienced in both new build and refurbishment, amongst other assignments he is currently leading the delivery of a new £6.4M Car Rental Facility at Bristol Airport following the delivery of over £35M worth of Capital Projects on behalf of Wiltshire Council. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. These have included, sports stadia, airport infrastructure, civils, corporate office, heritage, retail, medical, education, leisure and industrial, on time on budget.
