Youth Leadership Authority (YLA) is a non-profit organization created to encourage and empower teens and young adults, ages 13-22 to become well balanced and self-confident! YLA has been operating successfully for the past 11 years as Southern Nevada Devil Pups (SNDP) in a volunteer-ran capacity. We have made a decision to expand and transform SNDP to YLA. SNDP will still operate as it always has, except now it will fall under will YLA, its parent company which hosts a variety of youth leadership programs.
