Originally designed by Willibrod Losing Filter-Technik, the Separ 2000 series offers a uniquely effective system for the separation of water and particulate from fuel. Both water and particulate matter can result in high wear and tear of fuel pumps and injectors, reduced reliability, and expensive engine repairs. Separ filters are designed to meet the performance expectations of next-generation diesel engines, in applications as demanding as those of the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard. A five-stage separation process removes 99.9% of water at maximum flow, and a built-in backflushing system reduces downtime and filter replacement requirements. Separ 2000 series water separator fuel filters are available with variety of flow ranges from 79 GPH to 2,060 GPH.
