Release Your Unconscious was founded by Chris Baker in order to add value to individuals and organizations by releasing untapped potential. Chris uses a combination of his extensive leadership experience and certification as a John Maxwell team member to provide a range of customized programs that expand thinking. About our founder: Chris has over 21 years experience in the UK automotive industry where he rose from a sales executive to General Manager. His success was built on developing employees and delivering exceptional customer service. In October 2011 Chris started his career with the Walt Disney Company, becoming a leader in February 2012. During this time Chris assisted the Disney Institute with external companies and continued to develop his coaching skills with his internal teams. In August 2017 Chris became an independent certified speaker, teacher, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell team which allows him to combine his extensive leadership experience with the Maxwell world renowned material. We collaborate with ambitious organizations to develop a leadership culture through dynamic coaching, workshops, and seminars, creating a sustainable legacy of empowerment and excellence.
